We come to you to offer ease and convenience. We can come to your house, apartment, work, job-site, etc. Wherever we come, upon booking, your'e agreeing that we have the right and ability to be there to complete services for the duration of time required.

No, we have a water tank and bring water with us.

No, we have a generator that supplies the power that we need.

Yes, you will need to book a time slot online via our booking software. 

Yes, we require full payment upon booking an appointment.

We do not offer refunds. Upon extreme circumstances*, we offer rescheduling options. However, rescheduling must happen at least 24 hours prior to arrival time.

When you need to reschedule, rescheduling must happen at least 24 hours prior to arrival time. RESCHEDULING IS NOT GUARANTEED. 

If there is extreme weather during your appointment time, we will contact you and will reschedule your service. 

While we will make the best attempt to work within our scheduled time slot, there are times that services may take longer, due to extreme pet hair, excess dirt and grime, and stains. If the services that you have requested take longer than scheduled you will be charged at $75/hr, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.

We will make every attempt to be on-site when we say that we will be. Under extreme conditions, we may run late, including, but not limited to, appointments prior taking longer than scheduled, weather, traffic, travel-time. If we are running late, we will contact you and let you know. If the service time will take longer than you have time for, due to us running behind, we will do our best to reschedule upon your earliest convenience.

While we take pride in being able to remove all of these, there is a chance that we will not be able to. We will make every attempt to do so, however, may take longer than originally scheduled.
